My new flat roof looks great. I would recommend JC Astonishing Property Maintenance, they were fast, polite, tidy and the cheapest quote of 5. We are very happy with the finished job which only took 2 days due to bad weather. Thank you John.

Repointing of tiles in roof gully.
Pleasant guy, who came when they said they would. Finished the work double quick time, unfortunately I cannot get up on the roof to see the finished job. Thought the job was overpriced for the time they were here. Had to ask four different roofing companies to do the work as only one responded originally. Even then only John Connor responded and gave me a quote.

Leaking flat dormer roof on bungalow for repair
John, Bogdan and Billy were all very polite, professional and knew exactly what needed doing. Excellent communication, punctual - the weather wasn't kind for them but they still managed to come back and do a full day on Sunday as the weather was better. Great service, planning on hiring for more jobs we have lined up in future :)

Roof leak/repair
John was great. He came out within a couple of days to give us the quote. Then came out and completed the work to a very good quality not long after.Will definately be using him again in the future and definatley will recommend.

Leaky roof
We’re very happy with John, very well mannered, extremely honest, not there to take your money, says it how it is and we like that. John came with a very honest quote, showed me where was our issues, as he’s busy, even managed to squeeze us in between jobs, did the job, cleaned after himself.. as it’s raining, we’ve got no leaks and a very happy customer😁 will definitely recommend and use his services again if needed👍👍
